Abstract (EN)
Students had hard times to learn the rules. Students who did not comply with the rules were being bad models to the class. Difficulty in finding awards and sanctions for each rule, overcrowded classes, being unable to identify the students who don?t obey the rules, having rules which are not in parellel with the rules of other classes and complaints of the students were the most faced problems.The time of determining the classroom rules, the way the rules are stated the state of the students knowing the rules, determining the awards and sanctions for students who obey and disobey the rules, the gender of the teachers, professional seniority, the class level, type of the school being graduated from and the socio- economical level of the environment in which the schools are located were examined as variables. Significant differences were found between the gender and socio-economic level variables. Having a good solutions in classrooms is up to form a effective discipline rules. So, classroom rules should be determined completely and clearly in order to primary school teachers can assure effective discipline in their classrooms.Key Words: Classroom Management, Classroom Rules, Discipline, Award and Sanction.
