Abstract (EN)
In this study, it is aimed to conduct a research on the attitudes of the classroom teachers towards the Visual Arts course and the levels of perception of field competence. The universe of the study is composed of classroom teachers. The sample was composed of 116 (54.71%) females working in Erzincan, 96 male (45.28%) female teachers (212.21). 15), 33 male (30.85%). Teachers were determined by criterion sampling method from purposeful sampling methods. In the study, ler Relational Screening Method "was used. In order to collect the necessary data, two different research scales were used:"Attitude Scale Yeter and" Field Proficiency Perception Scale iki developed by the researcher. The data were analyzed using SPSS 22 statistical program. The research findings were tested at .05 significance level. Shapiro-Wilk Normality Test was applied to determine whether the attitude and field competence perception scales showed normal distribution, and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated for their reliability. In addition, Item Total Correlation Test was used to determine the validity of the scales. Expert opinion was obtained for scope validity and exploratory factor analysis was applied for construct validity. In order to determine whether the test item scores show normal distribution, Shapiro-Wilk Baseline-skewness analyzes were conducted. It has been observed that the attitude and field qualification perception and total difference in total are not observed in the graduated and working class teachers with the attitude and field competence perception scales applied. On average, the average of the attitude scale for the candidate class teachers in the graduated status is 105 out of 150 (70%), and the average of the field proficiency perception scale is 188 out of 275 (68%). According to the Cronbach Alpha coefficient, the reliability coefficient was calculated as .88 in the attitude scale and .92 in the field adequacy perception scale. For the working class teachers, the average of the attitude scale is 150 out of 150 and 102 (68%) is the average of the scale of the scale is 185 (67%) out of 275. According to the Cronbach Alpha coefficient, the reliability coefficient is .72 in the attitude scale and .95 in the competence scale. As a result, all the data show that there is no significant difference between the graduates and the working class teachers in terms of the perception of attitude and field competence. It can be said that the proportion of women in the women is slightly higher than that of men.
