Analyzing communication skills of primary school teachers: A meta analyze study

Tha main purpose of the education is to form permament change in the individuals behavior. Teachers are the one who ensure this change of behavior. Teachers use communication skills effetively to ensure purpose of education. In this study, studies which examine the communication skills of the primary scholl teachers directly or indirectly , have been connected with meta analyze method. For this aim 14 articles, 29 master thesis, 2 PhD thesis has been examined and 24 studies whichh provide inclusion criteria have been incorporated to the meta analyze. As a result of research , communication skills of primary school teachers have been examined according to gender, seniority, age variants and impact size of the seniority of primary scholl teachers on communication skill is 0,334 and the finding 0,334 (%95 confidence interval=0,20 to 0,49) impact sizevalue, indicates a s slight level impact size value according to Cohen's impact size classification.Effectiveness of the seniority on primary school teachers indicates a significant difference. It is found that the impact size of the ages of primary school teachers on communication skills is 1,061 (%95 confidence interval= 0,75/d/1.10 wide range ) ithe impact size value 1,061 indicates a significant a wide range impact size value according to Cohen's impact size classification.Effectivenes of the age on primary school teachers indicates a significant difference. It is found that the impact size of the gender of primary school teachers on communication skills is 0,226 (%95 confidence interval = 0,20/d/0,49) The impact size value 0,226 indicates a slight level impact size value according to Cohen's (1977) impac size classification.
