Classroom teacher?s problems whıch they have ın theır careers

In this thesis; the relation between the classroom teachers? qualities (gender, age, professional seniority, departments they were graduated, reasons of their choice to have the profession) and the problems they have in their careers was examined and the problems were tried to be fixed within these relations. Fifty classroom teachers who work in 5 official primary school in Üsküdar, İstanbul form the subject of the study. Research was consisted of two parts. In the first part, information about the teaching profession and its problems was given in the second, finding that were obtained from the inquiry were interpreted. The inquiry has had four parts which included problems that were originated from the teacher, the student, the parents and the director.As to findings of the research, their problems varies in accordance whith their seniority and their educational state. Teachers mean that they have much more problems in the first four years and after ten years of their time of service. Any meaningful difference couldn?t be found between the problems in accordance whith the other variants.Key words : classroom teacher, education, teaching, in-service training, administration, director, profession, problem.
