Abstract (EN)

Today, the number of children working in rangers of formal and informal sectors owing to different reasons has been speedly increasing day by day. Child labour is a fact processing against children in terms of human rights. Invasion of rights caused by working children becomes more visible in worst forms of child labour. This research subjet to children working on streets and possibility of facing dangers casued by working on streets within their problem.In this frame, the relation of children working on streets of Diyarbakır centrum with variables like poverty, violence, crime, education and migrations is being tried to determine. One of important aims of research is, rendering forseen the problems shown up for child and society by child?s being in working life. Because, determining the problems is the neccessary condition to offer suggestions for solution these problems.347 male, 53 female totally 400 children working on street of Diyarbakır cetrum who are aging between 6-18, have participated in this research. This research containing, 400 children, 161 training at 75. Year Child and Adult Center, 199 working on streets deprived of institutional supporting and 40 of them working on streets at the same time of search permitted and those brought to Child Branch Directorship, has been talked and surveyed.According to the findings of research; it is seen that most of the children working on the streets are male and training at school aging between 11-14 years. It is seen that most of these children belong the families who have low socio-economic positions. These children give their eaming to their families migrated from rural areas because of terror in recent years. It is determined that some of these chilren started to work on streets commited some types of crime and started to take some addictive drugs. It is determined that these children have behaviour of commiting crime and get addicted to drugs, start to live on street in accordance with season and escaping from home and school. It is determined that children working on streets don?t show a homogenous structure and the biggest mass living on streets. So, children working on streets show a hetereogeneous structure owing to forming child groups that have differnt features among them.
