Abstract (EN)
Somalia is considered as one of the first stops that the Islamic religion has reached after Mecca. So all the Somalis who lived on the Somali peninsula in the early 14th century were Muslims. As is the norm in other Muslim regions, in order to better understand and explain the religion of Islam, scientific circles were established in madrasahs and mosques to learn different parts of Islamic sciences. After the Somalis embraced the islamic religion, they were committed to learning Islamic sciences, especially the Quran. Mosques located in cities such as Mogadishu, Berbera, Marka and Barawe, which are important centers of Somalia, were filled with hundreds of students of Islamic sciences from all regions of somalia. After studying various Islamic science courses from the hands of great teachers, they started to teach these sciences as teachers themselves. this study will try to give information about Somalia's religious education.
