Abstract (EN)
Let and be the semigroup of all full transformations and of all singular transformations on , respectively.It is given a formula which is a lower bound for the upper rank of . It is defined that (i,j)-permutations and it is examined that some properties of them. It is studied that properties of the elements of index 1 and period in and it is shown that the elements of this type generate the . Also it is shown that necessary and sufficient conditions for any subset of transformations of defect 1 in to be a (minimal) generating set for .
