Burdur community houses, in terms of learning area of social science lesson ? groups, foundations and social organizations? and its activities (1935-1945)

This study is about community houses which were provided on 19 February 1932 with the begining of the declaration of Republic and Burdur Community Houses which was formed as one of the public houses.Consisting of four main parts, this study focuses on the concept and structure of community houses. Moreover, under the light of this definition and evaluation the reason of the opening of community houses, administrative and coordinative structure, and their studies are dealt. At the second part of the study, Burdur Community Houses are talked about as a focus and an example and activities of learning area of Social Science lesson ?Groups, Foundations and Social Organizations? and in accordance with this learning area, the activities of Burdur Community Houses are evaluated. At the last and fourth part of the study, various visual materials about Burdur Community Houses are formed.( photographs, writing samples, etc.)
