Abstract (EN)
The female labor force participation rate (FLFP) in this study is analyzed over 109 countries. Analyzes were conducted with panel data sets and time series and unbalanced factors that affect female labor force participation. Female labor force participation was assessed with three distinct factors as socio-demographic factors, freedoms and institutional factors. Social characteristics (such as language, religion, ethnicity and culture), social (social status, dependency ratio, education level (or literacy), per capita national income, unemployment rate, transfer payments, human development index, growth, inflation) ) Factors, freedoms (economic, political and other rights and freedoms) and institutional factors (state efficiency, corruption, political stability). As a result of the analyzes made in the study, it was seen that especially socio-demographic factors had no effect of cultural differentiation, especially when there were remarkable results about religion. Looking at the framework of freedoms, it is seen that women's workforce positively affects the workforce in parallel to expectations and institutional factors other than corruption are positive and corruption is negative.
