Social exclusion problem and solution methods: Çanakkale Fevzi Paşa district example

The social exclusion which has arisen in most of the countires gained a remarkable level in Turkey. The concept of social exclusion from the 1970?s to the present day, including the changing socio-economic conditions differ according to countries. Concepts, interrelated, multifaceted, the importance of social ties, the deprivation of basic needs is used to describe the process. It has been protected by social politics but there have been some problems on reducing its effect. When the problems of having the lack of social guarantee and poverty are added, the structure which includes the most part of the community has been arising.In this study the concept of social exclusion has been examined with the samples of Çanakkale and situation of Turkey. The things that are about the problems in life which are concerned about poverty and reaching to the services take an important place. The arrengments in which the individuals use the public services equally and the social guarentee is developed by the strong and qualified life are very important. In some parts of the community, some necessary precautins have been taken for annihiliating the social exclusion. In this content, a survey has made, which 200 people joined, about the social exclusion in the one of Çanakkale?s district which called Fevzi Paşa and searched current situation. In the solution of this problem, firstly, government performs about social policy and local authority have to act more sensitive.
