Abstract (EN)
The majority of the work area of professionals working in the field of social services consists of disadvantaged families and women, children, and disabled individuals. Considering the family structures and case details of the professionals, the main purpose of the study is to examine the relationship between psychological well-being levels and just world belief levels. The study was designed in the relational screening model and a personal information form, a just world belief scale, and psychological well-being scales were used. When the research results are examined, it is seen that the general and individual just world belief and psychological well-being levels of individuals do not differ according to the gender variable, and according to the analysis results conducted to examine the relationship between the just world beliefs and psychological well-being levels of professionals working in the field of social work, it is concluded that there is a positive, moderately significant relationship between the scores obtained from the just world belief scale and the psychological well-being scale, but there is no significant difference between the psychological well-being levels and just world belief levels of the duration of work in the field. In the analysis conducted on the scores obtained from the Just World Belief scale and the phrase 'I am optimistic about my future' in the Psychological Well-Being Scale, it is seen that there is a positive, highly significant relationship and again, there is a positive, highly significant relationship between the scores obtained from the Just World Belief scale and the item 'I lead a purposeful and meaningful life' in the Psychological Well-Being Scale.
