Abstract (EN)
This current work critically examines, through the works of 8 Chinese artists produced under the influence of the global art market, the sub-identities of contemporary artists formed around the concepts of multiculturalism, collective ego ideal and anachronic memory, the role of sub-identities in the construction of identity and the influence of the relation between the claim to identity and the notion of ?the other? on the artistic expression of that identity within the framework of Freudian thesis.
