Abstract (EN)
In this study, where we discussed the principles of thin film coating technique using spin coating technology, 2 - ((R) -2-hydroxy-3- (((((1R, 2S) -2-hydroxy-2,3-dihydro-1H-inden-1-yl) amino) propyl) isoindoline- 1,3-dion (SB-68) organic materials was selected as sensor materials. SB-68 materials were deposited onto quartz crystal successfully. Then, the SB-68 thin film sensor was exposed to eight different harmful organic vapors. The organic vapors used in the experimental studies are acetone, chloroform, benzene, toluene, ethyl alcohol, methanol, xylene and dichloromethane. The sensitivity of SB-68 thin film sensor against to these harmful gases was investigated using Quartz Crystal Microbalance (QCM) technique and the obtained data were interpreted.
