As a result of the analysis, it is seen that the data is distributed non-parametrically. Therefore, in accordance with non-parametric methods, the Mann-Whitney U Test was used to compare the scale scores of the two independent groups, and the Kruskal Wallis Test was used to compare the scale scores of three or more independent groups. In addition, the results were subjected to the Spearman Correlation Test to determine the relationship of scale scores with each other. In their responses to the Work-Family Conflict scale, significant differences were determined according to the gender and number of children variables, and significant differences were determined in their intentions to leave their jobs according to the level of education and monthly income variable. A moderate positive relationship was found in the responses of employees regarding their intentions to leave their jobs and the scale of workload redundancies.
