One-Way Analysis of Variance (Anova) was used to examine the effects of independent variables on dependent variables in the analysis of the data. Pearson Product-Moment Correlation technique was used to examine the relationship between communication skills and achievement motivation levels. As a result of the research, a significant relationship was determined between Adult Motivation and Organizational Commitment levels.
