Özet (EN)

This thesis study was conducted to examine the relationship between time management skills, academic achievement and self-efficacy of sports management students. The population of the research is Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University, Selçuk University, Akdeniz University, Balıkesir University, Düzce University and Sakarya University of Applied Sciences, Sports Sciences Faculties' Sports Management departments, 2nd, 3rd and 4th grade students. The sample group consists of 598 students, 209 female and 389 male, who were determined on a voluntary basis from these students. The research is a research in the survey scanning model and the data were obtained by literature review and survey method. As a data collection tool, the "time management questionnaire", the validity and reliability of which was studied by Alay and Koçak (2002), and the "Academic Self-Efficacy Scale", which was created by Jerusalem and Schwarzer (1981) and adapted into Turkish by Yılmaz, Gürçay and Ekici, (2007). " used. Data collection tools were filled in the sample group on a voluntary basis after the necessary permissions were obtained. In order to analyze the obtained data, arithmetic mean (X̅), standard deviation (Ss), frequency (N) and percent (%) values of descriptive statistics were calculated. Independent Sample t-Test was used for independent group comparisons, One Way Anova was used for comparing more than two and unrelated groups, and Pearson Correlation analysis was used for correlation determination. Significance level was accepted as p<0.05. In conclusion; In line with the analysis of the data obtained, the participants' time management skills, academic self-efficacy and academic grade averages were at a good level, there was a positive and significant relationship between time management skills and academic self-efficacy, and there was a statistically significant difference between time management skills and academic "GPA". We can say that there is no difference, and there is a statistically significant relationship between academic self-efficacy and academic achievement "GPA".
