Abstract (EN)
The aim of the study is to examine althurism, self- esteem and communication skills of students in sports management and recreation depertments of Scool of Physial Education and Sport in relation with taking Civilian Involvement Projects course (CIP).Population of the study consisted of 268 Sport Management and Recreation Depertment students in Scool of Physical Education and Sport. 222 students returned the questionnaires and a rate of return of 83% was obnained. Mean age of the participants was 21,64+2,150. Keywords: Sport Management, Recreation, Althurism, Self-esteem, Communication Skill,Civilian Involvement Projects
