İnvestigation of the effects of personality traits on decision making strategies and assertiveness level in athletes according to various variables

This study, the athletes made their decision making strategies personality and assertiveness level according to several variables aimed to examine the effects of. As a result of the survey of athletes, sports personality of the year (career), mother and father to take care of the sport, family income status, father education (extroversion and emotional stability) according to the variable statistical significance significant differences have been identified. In contrast, the mother and father of personality in athletes education level does not show significant difference has been identified according to the variable. Findings relating to the decision-making strategy of athletes when evaluated according to gender and age variables showed statistically significant differences were found. The level of assertiveness in athletes who participated in the survey in the determination of their mother are not interested in sports, according to differ statistically significant variables is set, personality according to the level of decision making strategies have been identified where meaningful relationships.
