After the collapse of Soviet Union Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan's Hazar energy politics

The Soviet Russian era the Caspian Sea was under the control of Soviet Russia and Iran, and for many years they used riches of this region. This issue includes after 1990 the dissolution of Soviet Uniun when it was shared by Russia, Iran, Azerbaijan, Kazakhistan and Turkmenistan the efforts of Russia to continue its former control in the Caspian region, Iran's desire for equal sharing in this region, the efforts of other new indepentent countries to have a voice in the region and these two countries Caspian energy policies. In this subject, the importance of Caspian energy sources and the approach of other countries are included. After the collapse of Soviet Union the importance of the Caspian energy source and role and interests of Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan in the region are examined. After 1990, the problems in the Caspian basin and the change of attitudes of these states in different periods and the reasons leading to this are evaluated. It examines the competition and political approaches of offshore states in transferring Caspian energy resources to the western and eastern states of the riaprian states. The aim of this course is to examine the reasons for not carrying out some projects on Caspian energy in Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan, and not solved problems between the states and the factors affecting the energy policy of the states. Thesis the situation of the Caspian after 1990, includes the energy policies of Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan and the approach of other states to the present day. The dependence of the economy of the two states on the energy sector continues to this day.
