Abstract (EN)

In this thesis, the design of a motor driver for a brushless DC (BLDC) motor powered by a 48V battery, based on an STM32 microcontroller, has been carried out. The motor driver circuit was designed using Altium Designer software, where the layout of the circuit components and the printed circuit board (PCB) arrangement were created. To evaluate the performance of the designed circuit, simulations were conducted using Proteus simulation software. BLDC motors are widely used today in applications ranging from electric vehicles to industrial automation due to their high efficiency and low maintenance requirements. In this context, the designed driver circuit not only controls the speed and position of the motor but is also optimized for energy efficiency. The STM32 microcontroller serves as the core component responsible for controlling the speed and direction of the motor, with driver algorithms integrated into the microcontroller. The design aimed to ensure the precise management of signals and the effective design of power electronics circuits to guarantee the motor's proper operation. Simulation results demonstrated that the designed circuit performs reliably under the specified operating conditions and is consistent with theoretical analyses. This study highlights the effective use of STM32 microcontrollers in the design of BLDC motor driver circuits and provides a foundation for future work in similar applications.
