Abstract (EN)
The primary objective of the thesis is to determine the possible moderating role of job autonomy in the effect of relationship management to personnel satisfaction in tourism firms. In the thesis, first, concept of strategy, strategy models, strategy process, strategy development, benefits of strategic management, strategic management in hospitality firms, personnel relationship management, personnel satisfaction and job autonomy were examined. In this context, the literature on relationship management has been described in relation to the dimensions of relationship management, staff satisfaction and job autonomy. Then, with survey, data were collected to examine the possible moderating role of job autonomy in the effect of relationship management to personnel satisfaction in tourism firms in the Antalya destination. The survey was applied to the personnel of hotel firms operating in the Antalya destination. The data obtained by the applied scale were subjected to analyze such as frequency, regression and results were interpreted. According to the results of analysis, it was determined that job autonomy has moderating role in the effect of relationship management to personnel satisfaction in hotel firms. Therefore, hotel firms should provide job autonomy to their personnel in order to increase the satisfaction of the personnel by applying the relationship management.
