Abstract (EN)

Stress is the response to the stimuli incidents which disrupts the balance of living beings, complicating the ability of coping or exceeding. Thus, the stress is becoming more important in working life and for the psychology of work. In this research, the concept of stress is usually investigated by the size of individual private enterprise. The concept of stress is investigated by individual sizes for general and whereas, for private, is investigated by corporate sizes. The aim, with stress, is to reveal the ways to combat of individuals and institutions. The source of stress, positive or negative effects to individuals and institutions to be determined and then, trying to figure out how struggling with stress would be useful to individuals and institutions. Therefore, the study includes two sections, in the first section of the study, the concept of stress, resources and stages being examined and in the second part; the results of stress and fighting with stress techniques are discussed. In this study, methods of historians, and consequently, the source searching technique was used. A stress-free life is not possible in today's society. The main purpose is not completely stress-free life but possesses the appropriate stress level, adequate to cope with stress and to be able to achieve our own stress management.
