Abstract (EN)

The call centers are an important formation service of the new century, they are being preferred operations for customers both organizations the impact service provide 7/24 in country. Call centers are intended to provide uninterrupted service so they have some problems about organizational stress especially if have more business circulation. The main aim of this study, analyzing stress factors and organizational climate their attitudes corresponding employees of call centers. In this context, the scope of research, it's analyzed the effects of stress factors and organizational climate on employee performance at call center. 91 questions were asked participant in the call center employees and in total 201 surveys are evaluated. The results cheched reliability and validity whit using SPSS 17.0 software after, factors, correlation and regression techniques are used. As a result, it has been determined that there is a significant effect, stress factors and organizational climate on employee performance at call center. In other words, stress factors and organizational climate it has been identified as an important role in improving performance of call center employees.
