Özet (EN)

To mitigate the adverse impacts of stress-induced reflection and deformation on the road's texture and surface, engineers often work to improve the underlying concrete structure of the pavement. The utilization of crushed concrete and steel fiber-reinforced concrete (SFRC) has proven to enhance the performance and cost-effectiveness of concrete. This improvement is achieved by reducing the overall weight of the concrete while simultaneously providing protection and reinforcement to the strength of the concrete used in pavement structures. The present study employed a concrete model to conduct experimental research on the responsiveness and resistance to the impact of carloads. The experimental laboratory program consisted of four groups: standard concrete, concrete with crushed concrete, SFRC, and a combination of crushed concrete and SFRC. The simulation tests in the ANSYS program involved isolating a validation sample from a prior study, followed by an expansion of the investigation to explore the impacts of different concrete pavement thicknesses and dimensions. The addition of crushed concrete at a rate of 10-20% and SFRC at a rate of 40% has been demonstrated to significantly enhance the performance of concrete with a compressive strength (fc) of 30 MPa. Furthermore, it was determined that the shear strength exhibited notable enhancement in the case of crushed concrete when compared to both SFRC and conventional concrete. This gain in shear strength was accompanied by an overall enhancement in the performance of the concrete material.
