Abstract (EN)

In this study, in was investigated that the effects of different rates (60.00, 120.00, 180.00, 240.00 µl/100 g diet) of diazinon on the quantities of total protein, lipid and carbohydrate of Galleria mellonella.Protein rates had not shown an important interaction with the all tested diazinon rates. In case of the diet containing 240.00 µl of diazinon, the amount of protein per individual had obtained at the lowes value. The lipid percentage was not affected due to the tested diazinon rates. Altohough the amount of lipid per individual significantly decrased by the diets that contained 180.00 and 240.00 µl of diazinon. The insect?s carbohydrate percentage significantly increased incicased when the diet contained 60.00 µl/100 g diazinon, though it decreased when the diet contained 120.00 µl of diazinon. The amount of carbonhydrate per indivual has reached the lowest value in the diet of containing 120.00 µl of diazinon.
