Özet (EN)
The manuscript subjected to our study is a poetry mecmua, named as Mecmû'a-i Eş'âr ve Fevâ'id, which is presented at Süleymaniye Library, at Collection of Ali Nihat Tarlan, numbered 80/5. In our study, transcripted text pages between 129b-202b were given following the presentation of mecmua. If there are any published divans of the poets in the mecmua, the poems are read by comparing the poems there and the differences are found in the footnotes. The compiler of the mecmua and compiling time is unknown. In the light of a literature review on composing time of the poems, it is anticipated that mecmua was compiled in the 18 th century.Compiler of the mecmua couldn't be identified either. Mecmua includes 1004 poems, belonging about 180 poets-including anonymous ones- in various verse forms. Almost half of these poems are odes. Nâbî is the poet who has the most poems in the mecmua. There are proses in some pages other than the poems. This analyzed mecmua is so remarkable with its systematic layout.
