In the axis of sustainable transportation training of human resources and taxi 090 project

Together with a rapidly globalizing world; people, products and services have been moving to more comfortablitiy, providing new benefits for countries. One of the most significant participant in this great economic change that the world has lived is to transport a sustainable society from the most important physical life institutions; accessibility and development of all other sectors. It is a driving force in social, cultural and economic development, and the economy it is in has the power to give direction. According as the reasons of the traffic congestion within the non-sustainable transport schemes, the major factor in solving the problem is the drivers, and the sector; is the institutionalization of the training of human resources. Factors such as active variables of traffic congestion or accidents, driver, road, number of vehicles, vehicle intensity, tonnage, level of education. However, statistics show that the congestion and accidents predominantly result from driver errors; and the source of driver mistakes is shown as inadequate education and training. To correct this deficiency and reduction of traffic accidents, which is one of the main objectives of studying; All the important information for the establishment of the "Commercial Vehicle Management Program", "Traffic Engineering" and "Transportation Architecture" sections as a new training program design with the example of higher education level are given in detail in the study. With the project of taxi 090, the vehicles in our life that we have been living in for about two centuries are able to use their travel freedoms with better quality and comfort with developed web-based software, save time and money, It is a multi-component system that allows people to make their own choices, vehicles, drivers, price and performance before they can receive transportation services, and to evaluate and rate the services they receive after using all these services. In this study, a Taxi 090 project, which is the final solution to Antalya's transportation problems, was developed and a taxi calling service model also.
