In this study, a fixed resource resource constrained project scheduling problem is discussed. First of all, the activities in the project, their duration and predecessor relations were determined. The problem is modeled with a mixed integer mathematical programming model and multiple project resources are included in the model. With this study, it is aimed to create an optimization model for CRPS problems that use fixed resources and have periodic financial constraints. Scenario analyzes of the study and an application were carried out. In this way, a time-cost optimization model has been created for CRPS problems using multiple sources and fixed sources. Real project application and scenario analyzes of the created model were made. As a result of the results obtained, a model that can be used for project duration and project cost optimization in real project applications using fixed resources has been presented.
