In this study, the legal status of the Syrian refugees, who were subjected to forced migration as a result of the civil war in Syria with the effect of the Arab Spring, are discussed together with the international migration theories. With the start of the civil war in Syria, the causes of forced migration were tried to be explained within the cause and effect relationship. Turkey is of great importance as it is the country that accepts the majority of the great migration wave resulting from the internal conflicts in Syria. The security concerns of the Syrian refugees in the settlements and the adaptation process are the main subject of the research. The social, economic and psychological problems of the refugees in the city were examined in detail with field studies. In our research, data were collected by using face-to-face interview method with multiple choice survey questions. In the application of the questionnaire, a sample group of 400 people was determined, and the data were first transferred to Excel and evaluated with the SPSS analysis method appropriately.
