Abstract (EN)

Starting with the beginning of civil war in Syria in the year 2011, millions of Syrians had to abandon their country. The number of Syrians who were obliged to immigrate to Turkey were announced as 3 million 500 thousand 66 people in April 2020. Syrians who were forced to emigrate due to the war or who left their country by taking advantage of the war faced some problems because they took their way of life to the regions they went to. Initially, the refugees who took refuge in Turkey when the immigration started were regarded as guest, but then their stay became permanent since the war took long. The refugees who were initially seen as guest stared to live in the provinces that are close to border region. They became the source of many problems such as accommodation, security, health, education, financial problems. In this study, the basic problems of refugees are discussed by comparing the national and international aids and the efficiency of public services provided to refugees.
