Özet (EN)

Aim: In our study, the analysis of the milk teeth which were taken for 24 months were considered because of the suggestion that 19 months old mines were accepted as mature enamel. Our aim is to determine the mineralization density differences between hard tissue formations in prenatal and post natal period and to observe microleakage of filling material under high resolution microscope. Materials and Methods: Strong teeth were used in this study. The teeth we used in our study were applied to Dicle University Faculty of Dentistry, Department of Pediatric Dentistry. Children older than 19 months old had trauma, mobility, etc. in the lower and upper jaw. cutter teeth are taken due to reasons. ICP-MS analysis was performed in the department of Analytical Chemistry. Microleakage assessment was performed by measuring dye progression in millimeter margin under a stereomicroscope. In our study, 25 teeth that were entered into ICP-MS analysis were divided into two and formed 50 prenatal and postnatal samples. Statistical results were made by using SPSS 21.0 software program. Results: After the normality test, the results showed that V, Fe, Co, Ba and other elements showed normal distribution (Cr, Mn, Ni, Cu, Zn, As, Se, Ba, Cd, TI, Pb, Ag). There was an increase in microleakage in postnatal period when statistical evaluation was done between the periods (p = 0.00, p <0.05). Ionic differences in prenatal and postnatal hard tissues have been significant for Vanadium, Manganese, Nickel, Copper, Zinc, Arsenic and Lead elements. Conclusion: Prenatal and postnatal hard tissue structures were evaluated in our study. This difference has also been shown in other studies that vary according to environmental characteristics. These elements should be supported by further studies to influence the attachment of microleakage and dental materials to the teeth. Key words: primary teeth, enamel, dentin, prenatal-postnatal hard tissue, ICP-MS analysis
