Abstract (EN)

Objective: The aim of this study was to study TMX, which is used especially in the treatment of breast cancer and selective, sensitive, low-level, for a combination of APT drug active substances used to relieve chemotherapy-related nausea and vomiting complaints to develop a limited, fast, simple, economical, environmentally analytical method and to valide this method developed. For this aim, a new and valid analytical method has been developed with the widely used liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) device. Material and methods :This method was carried out using guard column C18 (20 mm x 2,0 mm, 5µm) and analytical column C18 (50 mm x 2,1 mm, 3µm) as stationary phase and a mobile phase composing of acetonitrile and water containing (50/50 pH=2,52) (formic acid), v/v) The flow rate was 0,5 mL/min monitored. Results: The retention times of TMX and APT were 1,58 min, 2,10 min, LOD values were 0,012 µg/mL, 0,0025 µg/mL and LOQ values were 0,0012 µg/mL, 0,07 µg/mL, the linear ranges were 0,0031-0,50 µg/ mL and 0,025-1,00 µg/mL, respectively. The recovery, accuracy and precision values were acceptable. Conclusion: This method has been a simple, sensitive, rapid and can be used for the analysis of TMX and APT in pharmaceutical forms and biological materials. Keywords: Aprepitant, tamoxifen, liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry, simultaneous determination.
