The aim of the research is to examine the performance enhancing effects of indoctrination which is a method of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) as a basis for the concepts of motivation and coaching. With this purpose, the staff of Maxx Enterprise Inc.- Maxx Store were practised with NLP suggestions, 20 people were intervieewed and relevant performance report was taken by the company management. The company mentioned above, has 3 branches with 20 employees and follows a team work discipline. The survey was conducted with the samples taken from 20 employees after NLP suggestions and reporting were made in accordance with the results. SPSS 20 software was used to analyze data, the data were analyzed as the basis of percentage evaluation based on participation. Frequency analysis were performed and reported. Also chi-square test was used with cross tables for examining the data. When the relationship between the expressions were examined, significant changes were observed and shown in the report. The report submitted by the management of the company also shows the performance enhancing effects of NLP techniques on employees and this was presented with data analysis in this report. In this study, it is cleary seen that NLP suggestions has performance enhancing effects on organizations which follows a team work discipline.
