Abstract (EN)

Organizational learning process plays an essential role in the field of the success of technical innovation. Previous research studies have examined factors between organizational learning process and the success of technical innovation in various fields, but relatively few studies have focused on other varieties affecting these two factors; not to mention to team performance which is seldom found in former researches. Team performance has shown its importance in organizational improvement recently. This study examines team performance as a mediator between the relationship of organizational learning process and the success of technical innovation with six factors through testing four hypotheses that are knowledge acquisition, knowledge distribution, knowledge interpretation, organizational memory, team performance and technical innovation in a Taiwanese high-tech company which has won 16 awards in CES Innovation and Engineering Awards in USA for 2014. A total of 200 questionnaires were tested by employees in one and a half months. The result showed that there are positive effects on knowledge acquisition, knowledge distribution, knowledge interpretation, organizational memory in organizational learning process, team performance and technical innovation, that means generally there is a meaningful relationship that team performance as a mediator between organizational learning process and the sucess of technical innovation.
