Abstract (EN)
All over the world and in Turkey the poultry industry in our country and causing serious economic losses in chickens as a common chronic respiratory disease (CRD) caused by Mycoplasma gallisepticum's chicken trachea Real-time PCR method was accurate by and rapidly diagnosesed. Real-time PCR of Mycoplasma gallisepticum pure molecular level detection limit of 10 CFU / ml less than the detection limit and the samples were artificially contaminated with 1.0x103 CFU / ml respectively.Live chickens received 110 units (5 swabs per sample) swab tracheal samples were analyzed. Microbiological methods, 8 (7.2%) swab case of Mycoplasma spp. isolation was performed. Real-time PCR method was detected 32 (29.9%) samples of Mycoplasma gallisepticum DNA . Mycoplasma gallisepticum DNA levels in the study 6.39x104 copies/ml and 2 copies/ml was found to change. Mycoplasma gallisepticum genomic DNA copy numbers of these examples is an important relationship between crossing point values were tested with linear regression analysis (R2 = 96.6%, p <0.01). These results suggest that the determination of the real-time PCR of Mycoplasma gallisepticum infected flocks, and routine studies to determine the severity of infection a rapid (40 to 45 minutes) and that it was concluded that a reliable method.Key Words: Chicken, Mycoplasma gallisepticum, mgc2 gene, Real-time PCR,Linear Regression Analysis
