Özet (EN)

Supply chain management which is the management of materials, information and money flow that ensures the right product is delivered to the right place at the right time and at the right price is critically important for companies who want to benefit from competative advantage. The ability of establishing close and long-term relationships with suppliers and other strategic partners comes into prominence. Due to this relationship, companies who meet at the common benefit understanding obtain great advantages in terms of cost, quality, speed and responsiveness. Trust and information sharing have crucial roles on establishing this relationship between companies and affecting supply chain performance. Absence of any of these factors will affect expected chain performance negatively. In this context, the data obtained from production companies in various sectors in Gaziantep has used to reveal the trust relationship of supply chain components, information sharing and code of ethics and impact on supply chain performance. The data was evaluated by analysis of "Correlation" and "Structural Equation Modeling" through SPSS 21.0 and AMOS. As a result of analysis, it was concluded that there is a positive relationsip between information sharing and supply chain performance.
