Abstract (EN)

To consolidate their place and maintain their contiunity in intense competitive business environment companies should give importance to concept of supply chain management. Performances of other members in supply chain influence success of businesses directly. Suppliers constitute an important part of the supply chain. Supplier performance evaluation, which forms a significant ring of the supply chain management, provides guidance to the important decisions made by businesses. Suppliers performances is an important issue that effect business performances. Suppliers performances should be controlled in supply chain management. There are a lot of factors that effect supplier performance. Evaluation of supplier performance is a multi criteria decision making problem that requires a lot of evaluation criteria they are qualitative and quantative criteria, can conflict with each other. In this study, supplier performance determining problem in supply chain management is studied at a firm. In evaluationing this process Analytic Hierarchy Process, Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process and also new methods are described and are used in the solution.
