Intelligent textiles, which is composed a part of technical textiles, took and sent signal and got down physiological properties of people and given answer to them, are special textiles. So, there must be conductivity properties on cloths for exchanging of data. Therefore conductive textile materials are intelligent textile products which are widely used for providing the power transfer on clothing, transmitting the signals and electromagnetic protection. Conductive textile products are used in biomedical monitoring, vehicles which are directly feedback using of sports training and rehabilitation, production of clothing materials that change thermal insulation or moisture transport characteristics to response the changes of climate conditions and also applications which need antistatic and electromagnetic shielding. Electrical conductivity properties of the conventional textile fibres is in the very low measurement. Many methods are used for obtaining conductive materials with the use of these conventional textile fibres. But in the last few years the methods which are more economical and environmental friendly with the use of lower power and shorter processing time and providing conductivity without chemical waste are searched. Therefore in this study obtaining of textile fibres which are coated with conductive polymer by plasma polymerization technique is intended.Polypropylene fibres are coated with conductive polymers by plasma polymerization technique. Morphological and electrical conductivity properties of fibres were identified with FTIR ATR and surface resistance of coated fibres.
