Abstract (EN)
One on the importand reguirements in economical development process isthat the developing countries should be able to produce Technology in this global trend.They want to close the existing gap among the countries that are economically andtecnologically improved. To achieve this, they must provide the improvements ofnational tecnology and the potential of research and developent and mıst use theirlimited sources most afectively.Establishment of new tecnology-based-companies via putting the researcand development results into practive, the improvement of the existing idustry in thisway, the Tecnological Development Areas (Technoparks) that decrse unemploymentand contribute a lot to local and national development will all help Turkey to achieve itsplace in developed countries.Tecnological Development Areas (Technoparks) which are a new conceptfor our country; arise with the cooperation ofuniversity, industry, central and localgoverments, and play an important role in the support of small enterprises with hightecnology origin.Tecnological Development Areas (Technoparks), which give financial,technical and academic support to young entrepreneurs and companies, give the epitomeof university-industry cooperation. It is possible to regard Technological DevelopmentAreas (Technoparks) as the enterprise types of information society
