Example of news program in the context of time management in television broadcast

The concept of time is one of the most basic dynamics of all organizations in all areas of life. While the concept of time deeply affects the production and consumption patterns of societies, the effectiveness of time is of great importance in the regulation of individual and social relations. It has a positive effect on the effective use of the concept of time and the concluding of the processes. While there are space and movement areas in the concept of time, it expresses the elapsed time in the way of doing business. In general, the dimensions of the concept of time are shaped by the abstract and concrete techniques used in both artists and works of art in visual arts. In this context, the concept of time, both in content and form, emerges as a dominant element in television broadcasting. Television broadcasting has changed and transformed time management over the years with the technologies it uses. As the determining factor in the content design of television broadcasting, the relationship between television programs and time shows itself most intensely in television news programs. The management of the concept of time comes to the fore both in the production of content and in the technologies used in television news bulletins and in the studio and director management of news bulletins. In planning, designing and applying the concept of time in the news presentation of the presenter, the director's directorship and studio management, and the relationship established by all the stakeholders of the news bulletin; Time management process is directly related to termination. In general, television broadcasting can be expressed as equal time, while time is said to be the most important element, especially in the broadcasting of live news bulletins. In order to watch television news bulletins, time is the feature that is taken into consideration in general bulletin planning and it can be used to manage the watching habits of the target audience, presentation management, duration of news VTR's and advertisements in the context of general television broadcast flow. The planning of the programs broadcast together is also possible with a complete time management. In the thesis study, the factual, historical, technological and artistic dimensions of the concept of time are discussed. In television broadcasting, program types are included with their dynamics. In television broadcasting, the relationship between time and news bulletins is included. In addition, the publication of the newsletter, its management, and how content producers manage time and processes are emphasized.
