Abstract (EN)
Ottoman Empire in the 19th the century was a period of reforms. Various arrangements have been made after the declaration of the Tanzimat reforms in the financial field. One of the most important of these has been the field of taxation. Change without spaces began to be charged under the name of dividend tax by simplifying taxes. People's earnings for the detection of real estate arazive temettuat counts and the counts were recorded in books. Temettuat these documents are called notebooks, is the Ottoman Archives of Prime Ministry. Temettuat books belonging to the region's socio-economic and so on. Contain important information about the manyfeatures.In this study, seven of the districts of Taşköprü districts temettuat book was used as the main source. In our study, the first movement from these sources, as of 1844-1845 temettuat Taşköprü kept the books and administrative structure of the population are discussed. Then temettuat books, which is given important information about win the social structure of the person, family names, nicknames and titles were evaluated.Social structures and institutions which have an important place in public life have been identified, the information is given about them temettuat books Temettuat books provide important information related to the economic structure. We have made assessments Taşköprü temettuat movement from the information in the books in this field. Finally, the districts Taşköprü temettuat books are tabulated transcript.Win the 19th after all these assessments has emerged in the mid-century social and economic status.
