Abstract (EN)
Although clean room design dates back more than a century, the need for a clean environment for infection control, drug preparation and industrial production in hospitals is a need for modern applications.Use of clean rooms varies in applications. Hospitals where medical procedures are carried out are places where clean room technologies are used in accordance with certain standards and where compliance should be maintained. It should be ensured in conditions such as temperature, humidity, pressure, noise level and air movement together with the control of particulate, waste gas or microorganisms. In this thesis, clean rooms are examined in general. Clean room classes, design criteria and standards related to the subject were evaluated. The study is intended to be useful in this field. In the study, particle measurement and validation measurements were made in the drug preparation unit of the oncology department in a hospital. As a result of the measurements and analyzes, the causes of the variables were investigated.
