The bill of exchange guarantee in theory and practice

This study examines the bill of exchange guarantee, a personal collateral specifically used for bills of exchange, taking into consideration various problems and their solutions in the light of the decisions of the Court of Cassation, comparing the legal quality with similar procedures, the material and format related conditions of the bill of exchange guarantee, the rights and responsibilities of the guarantor and the reasons for the termination of debt in three chapters. In the studies and investigations carried out in relation to the guarantee in commercial bill institution, which is a type of security that is frequently used in various bills of exchange particularly bonds, the decisions of the Court of Cassation and different opinions are given, and these opinions have been interpreted and the results have been obtained.
