Abstract (EN)

Allah has created human nature differently. Some have a soft personality, while others have a strict nature. This situation is also reflected in the style of cerh and ta'dil imams in criticizing the narrators. We see that some critics went to extremes in their judgment, even though they did not necessitate rejection, they denounced the narrators or did not accept the narrations due to simple mistakes or doubts. On the other hand, we see that some critics accept the narration of the narrator whose conditions of transmission were not fulfilled. Here, by comparing the two great hadith scholars, Ibn Hibbân al-Busti and al-Hâkim an-Nîsâbûrî, who are accused of being mutashahil, by evaluating the criticisms directed at them by the critics, it is aimed to find out whether they are really together or not, and that the narrators are responsible for these two scholars. We will try to determine whether their evaluations about the subject are credible by the critics.
