Trade Registry Office Organization and registration procedues

Trade registry is the public registry where legal information and documents of commercial enterprises, traders and commercial companies are recorded, the purpose of informing the public and legal security is provided. Within the scope of our thesis, the development and legal regulations of the trade registry from past to present in our law have been examined. The operation of the trade registry, the responsibility of the registry directorate, the effects of the registration process on third parties and those concerned, and MERSIS, the most innovative project on registry procedures, were examined. Our study was re-evaluated within the framework of judicial decisions and different views in the doctrine, and the deficiencies in the trade registry institution were also determined.
