Student satisfaction within the framework of total quality management with the samples of Süleyman Nazif Public High School and Okyanus Private High school students

Student Satisfaction within the Framework of Total Quality Management with the samples of Süleyman Nazif Public High School and Okyanus Private High School Students. This study has been carried out in order to define the current situation of student satisfaction at two schools ; Süleyman Nazif (public) High School and Okyanus (private school) College; within the framework of Total Quality Management . The research includes two main parts : in the first part theoretical knowledge such as definition, contents, background are included; in the second part a comprehensive and detailed survey , which has been prepared and conducted by me, is included. In addition, it has been taken a business management approach to survey based on the principles of Total Quality Management. Furthermore, a chronicle study has made with the sample of students in a 9th grade, an 11th grade of Süleyman Nazif Foreign Language Based High School ; a 9th grade of Anatolian High School and a 9th grade of Okyanus College( each one included 20 students) Besides, the students? perception of Total Quality Management has been defined with this study. The approach of the study is unique in terms of concerns : how students perceive and define the present situation at their schools ; students? demands and solutions about transportation to school, education, teaching materials, equipment and function at the schools.
