Abstract (EN)
The goal of this study is to determine the total quality management's effect on the employee performance. To reach this goal the literature review and the questionnaire application methodologies have been both used. To determine the effect of the total quality management on the staff performance, the questionnaire has been applied on 142 people in Istanbul in the telecommunications sector. The results showed that there is a positive relationship between the total quality management and the employee performance. In other words, when the total quality management level increases in a working place, the employees' performance also increases. The fact that the research is limited to the investigation of the effect on the employees in a telecommunication sector in Istanbul reveals the limitations of the work.
