Abstract (EN)
In this study,the principles of Total Quality Management on nurses and the effect of work outcomes were investigated.This study aims to reveal the importance of successful application of Total Quality Management and the effect of employees on the result of the work.By presenting the necessity of Total Quality Management applications for institutions being successful,the effects of employees on work outcomes were investigated.The princciples of (TQM) group work, on going improvement and patient centered applications were all discussed.The results of work, work performance, work satisfaction, loyalty to the organization were evaluated.The findings related to the study were taken from the nurses working in the hospitals which apply the Total Quality Management.The outcome of findings:in order to be known, understood and come true in every unit of TKY, inservice training must be arranged in hospitals. .It should be attentive to solve the problems related to work in the team meetings.The satisfaction of patients should be featured, and therefore, the inquries and expactations of patients should be detected on the point. In order for constant development,it was made suggestion to invest human element.Key words: Quality, Total Qualitely Management, group work, Patient Centered Application, Ongoing improvement, work Satisfaction, Work Performance, Loyalty to the Organization.
