Telecommunication companies in Iraq were targeted according to the present research to examine the influence of the influence of TQM on performance of organizational. The descriptive analytical approach was chosen, and a questionnaire was created to collect data from employees. operating at targeted companies. 250 questionnaires were distributed, of which 207 questionnaires were retrieved, 31 questionnaires were found non-valid for analysis showing patterns in responses and a clear dataset included 176 valid questionnaires making a response ratio (70.4%). employee data using a questionnaire that was created. (26). Main results that were reported: a. Overall levels of applying TQM at surveyed telecommunication companies were a mean score that is modest overall [Mean= 3.25]. b. Telecommunication companies in Iraq have moderate levels of organizational performance [Mean= 3.23]. c. TQM has a substantial impact on organizational as the correlation coefficient was for performance [R= 0.743] and the adjusted R-square was [53.9%]. Based on reported results, - The research produced a set of recommendations and implications that are expected to benefit those in charge of telecommunication companies at Iraq: a. Management of telecommunication companies in Iraq should investigate reasons for a such moderate level of organizational performance.b. Managers should be aware of the vital role of TQM in promoting organizational performance, hence appropriately applying TQM can lead for better levels of organizational performance. c. Managers at telecommunication companies in Iraq should reconsider their practices related to Continuous improvement and Fact-based management as these two aspects were non-significant in fostering organizational performance.
