A research about urbanization and migration fact in process of social change in Gaziantep

Concept of migration can be defined as population's change of their living area in the form of individuals, families, groups or communities based on natural or unnatural factors. Migration is partially or continous movement of individuals or the masses in a living area from groups or territory to another point. And urbanization is the most concrete shape of praticals by humans in purpose of change the Earth. In this context of these definitions, urbanization creates the most dynamic area of social stratification and change in both traditional an modert times.In Gaziantep, migration and rapid urbanization brings about social change. In this context, effects of migration on social change and urbanization in Gaziantep can be revealed by this study.
